Bernardo’s is a 5-star experience! Customer service goes above and beyond. I had made a delivery request that was earlier than their business hours (should have checked in advance) and was personally called by Jose who kindly informed me they could not make that time frame but will do their absolute best to deliver at the earliest convenience. I really appreciated that. I had no issue with it and the delivery was not only a success for our mother’s birthday but the flower arrangement itself was stunning. Beautiful, fresh and colorful. Thank you so much for everything!!
