EXCEED EXPECTATIONS: I've been ordering flowers from Bernardo's for many years now. I go to them directly (instead of national online companies) any time I need flowers in the Ventura area. We and the recipients hare overwhelmed by every arrangement as they exceed expectation every time. Consistently the best florist and a great value that I have used.

Absolutely gorgeous arrangement, exceeded my expectations. I sent these to a family friend who lost a parent and the whole family has been saying how beautiful this arrangement was. They looked the same if not better than the stock photo. Delivery was a success and I even received an email confirmation as soon as it was delivered. This whole process couldn’t have been better.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
